Functional innovation
We respond to wearing environments and real use needs by combining fibers, yarn structures, and functional technologies to improve temperature, moisture, protection, and comfort performance.
From yarn selection to knitwear development

Start with the hand feel, texture and target cost you have in mind. SANTEXWELL helps apparel brands explore yarns, fibre blends, knit structures and finishing. Material development can be commissioned on its own, without a bulk-production order.
Material innovation is not only about finding a new yarn. More importantly, it is about balancing cost, performance, and appearance.
From regular yarns and fancy yarns to functional yarns, we flexibly adjust yarn count, twist, ply method, fiber ratio, and material origin according to each brief. Every small change and combination creates a different hand feel, texture, appearance, and garment result.
Drawing on the Group’s accumulated material experience, supply-chain resources, and product-development capability, we continue to explore the logic between yarn combinations and turn material properties into product value that can be felt, applied, and scaled.
We respond to wearing environments and real use needs by combining fibers, yarn structures, and functional technologies to improve temperature, moisture, protection, and comfort performance.
We vary yarn material, color, luster, hairiness, texture, and stitch effects to create a more distinctive visual language and tactile experience.
We combine material substitution, composition redesign, yarn pairing, and process coordination to find more competitive solutions while retaining design effect and product quality.
We continue to expand yarn resources across and beyond the Group, while paying attention to the quality differences and product characteristics created by different material origins.
When selecting materials, we evaluate not only composition, hand feel, stability, and garment performance, but also where materials come from, how they are produced, and what they mean for the environment and the wearing experience.
Around organic raw materials, environmentally friendly materials, bio-based materials, safety functions, and wellness functions, we keep building more transparent, green, and sustainable choices for development directions that balance design expression, functional performance, and responsible value.

We develop around human perception and the wearing experience, combining fibers, yarn structures, and functional technologies to improve how products respond to temperature, moisture, and the external environment.
Develop targeted material solutions for daily life, outdoor activity, and special use scenarios where protection performance is required.
Use fiber technology and yarn structure design to simulate the appearance, hand feel, and wearing experience of natural materials, creating new choices across performance, stability, and cost.

Lightweight and dry with a natural paper-like texture, suited for summer knitwear, textured stitches, and low-burden wearing.

Built around cool touch, breathability, skin comfort, and wash stability for summer basics and athleisure directions.

Connects coffee-related material claims with odor control, dry touch, and sustainability narratives for functional basics.

Built around warmth, skin comfort, lightness, and wash stability for autumn-winter basics, inner layers, and soft comfort directions.
SANTEXWELL combines yarn selection, fibre blends, knit structures and finishing to develop the intended hand feel, appearance and function. Material choices are considered alongside knitwear sampling, cost and bulk-production requirements.
Yes. Material development is available as a standalone service. We also support development and sampling without a commitment to bulk production, and small-batch knitwear production when you are ready. Share the material brief and the samples you need so we can agree on the scope.
Start with the garment use, desired hand feel, reference fabric or image, preferred fibre composition and target cost. Include any performance or certification requirements so they can be considered in the material and sampling discussion.
Share the hand feel, appearance, composition and target cost you need, along with your timeline. We can discuss whether stock yarn suits the brief or whether yarn development is needed. Stock yarn normally has no hard minimum quantity; for yarn developed or dyed for your order, the minimum depends on the yarn supplier. Yarn development also requires additional time, so raise this before setting the garment sampling schedule.
A material direction is a starting point. Knit structure, yarn combination and finishing also affect the result. Define the required performance and confirm it on the relevant sample or test report before treating it as a finished-garment claim.
