Quantity and range
Each colour of a style needs 100–300 pieces, so a style in three colours starts at 300–900 pieces. Sizes can be split within each colour as you need, but more sizes make bulk harder to manage and can raise the unit price.
SANTEXWELL manufactures knitwear in Wuxi, China with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of generally 100–300 pieces per colour per style. The exact minimum depends on order quantity, garment complexity and whether stock yarn is available.
With stock yarn, a new style or a revision typically takes about 1–1.5 weeks from your brief to sample dispatch. Sample development costs USD 100 per style, and the fee is waived if the style goes into bulk, which takes 45–60 days after pre-production sample approval. Development and sampling do not require a bulk commitment, so a small brand can test a style before placing a production order.

The minimum is set for each colour of a style. Three things move it, and the same three things move the price.

Yarn choice, gauge, knit structure, construction and finishing all affect cost and timing. Seamless whole garment, Fully Fashioned Garment and knit & sew routes are all available on our knitting equipment.
Stock yarn keeps sampling to about 1–1.5 weeks and normally has no hard minimum quantity. A specific composition or colour may need yarn development, which takes longer and has a minimum set by the yarn supplier.
